We hold your appointment time for you and the stylist who’s prepared for it. So we ask:

• More than 24 hours before: reschedule or cancel any time, no charge.
• Within 24 hours: we may charge 50% of the service price if we can’t fill the slot.
• No-show: the full service price applies.

Sick days happen — call us as early as you can and we’ll waive any fee. We’d rather you stay home and feel better.
